(h) Any good that it is found necessary to be purchased
in Hongkong for the Air Force will be undertaken by your office at the direction of the Commission. (i) Your duties in the main are to assist Messrs.
Jardine Matheson & Company in handling all goods
to their destination after delivery has been taken
thereof, and necessary inspections made.
(3) For the expenses of running your office it will be
necessary for you to appoint acquaint the Commis- sion of the approximate monthly requirements in
advance. Also, in the case of extraordinary expenses incurred by your office in the carrying out of your duties the Commission must be notified
immediately of same so that necessary arrangements
can be made.
